I'm Karthik Kasala, a Salesforce administrator with over 9 years of Salesforce experience— 7 as a dedicated admin. I bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic business insight.
I've led end-to-end implementations, system migrations, and integrations across complex environments, most recently at Marcum LLP and FS Investments.
From replacing Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot with Salesforce to ensuring SOX compliance and automating cross-departmental processes, my goal is always the same: empower users, reduce friction, and deliver measurable results.
I'm in Philadelphia looking for either a Salesforce administrator or consultant role, on-site, hybrid, or remotely. I am a US Citizen and do not require sponsorship. I am open to all US Time Zones.
